    I don't like that quote from Dr. Douglas Green! (Of course, you are free to like it if you wish.) In answer to his question, ...because lessons for the gifted are not appropriate for all students. For example, some able students begin studying algebra in 3rd grade, but not all children are ready to start algebra in 3rd grade, not even all gifted children.

    It is a little strange that the formatting of the references on this page doesn't match. I guess that is because two people worked on it, but it would be much more attractive and user-friendly if it had been better coordinated.
